This months giveaway comes from the genius behind artist Connor Willumsen. He sent LIP a packet of prints so many winners in this one. His three pieces are of his latest work. Forgive the horrible photo quality, I just got a new camera and am still working out the kinks. I love the first one. It looks just like a reworked cover scene from a vintage fantastic four comic that i have wherein Galactic is taking new york for the first time.
The second one is awesome! I love the colors!

These have some great style, I’m really digging the comic book/Kirby influence, very expressive. I especially like the first print, the explosion in the city w/ the super villain in the foreground.

I know the contest is a month past but I just wanted to say that I know Connor Willumsen, and he’s no daisy. No daisy at all. Really. He’s great at this flimsy-whimsy art business and everything…but the guy…I don’t know. He’s fucking Canadian, man. That’s where the cold air comes from, Canada.
Like I say.
